APEX upgrade from 4.0 to 4.2 – Technical Issues

      

    1. Problem: Login issue – unable to login to the Apex application.

      

        Solution: Remove the old APEX user (4.0) after upgrade.

    2. Problem: Error session state protection violation

               

  Solution: Set the “Save Session State” property to “No”

3. Problem: Item alignment issues

Solution: Set property “Start in New Grid” to “Yes” for the first button.
